Jenny 3rd in Camden and across London - Greens 3rd in Barnet & Camden - Greens 3rd in the London Assembly

In case you haven’t seen them yet, here are the Green Party headlines from the London Mayoral and Assembly elections:

• The Green Party candidate, Jenny Jones, came third in the Mayoral contest behind Boris and Ken 

• Jenny also came third in voting in Barnet and Camden, which presumably means she did well in Camden given that two thirds of the voters are in Barnet and the Green Party is not strong in Barnet

• The Greens won the third largest number of votes in the London Assembly party list election, but not quite enough to win extra seats so we still have two Assembly Members – Jenny Jones and Darren Johnson 
  

 Not a bad day at the office for the Greens, I’d say!
